Moroccan Bridal Shower

I love when someone uses an item of ours in an unconventional way.  Our Farm Tables are all the rage right now - custom made, and gorgeous (if we do say so ourselves)!  We recently built smaller 5' Farm Tables to be used as a Sweetheart Table and a Coffee Table - but when Naseem Events rented a 5' Coffee Table and turned it into the centerpiece for the beautiful Moroccan Bridal Shower, our jaws dropped!

Naseem's vision was on point for this Moroccan themed Bridal Shower.  Everything from the table, to the large textured pillows, and colorful rug - it was a recipe for perfection.  The look was completed with bright dainty florals from Petal Atelier and gold tableware from yours truly!

Cinnabar Hills Golf Club

On top of a hill in South San Jose, lies one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Bay Area. Cinnabar Hills Golf Club provides the privacy in which you desire for your event, all while being easily accessible from the freeway.

They have an amazing outdoor ceremony space, that has a custom arch built in, acting as the perfect backdrop for your ceremony.  Bistro Lights from Williams Party Rentals set the mood, while the incredible views go on forever.


You can later transform this space into a lounge area for your guests to enjoy throughout the night!

Windows surround their banquet room, letting in gorgeous natural light and incorporating the outdoor scenery inside.  With a built in dance floor, Cinnabar Hills Golf Club can accommodate about 250 guests!  Their neutral decor inside allows for any color pallet to work.

Preferred Vendor Showroom Showcase - Summer 2016

Williams Party Rentals has been extremely busy since our Open House with weddings, graduations, styled shoots, the US Gymnastics Trials (no big deal - wink wink) and so much more!  Things haven't slowed down much, but we just had to carve out some time to tell you about our newest Preferred Vendor Showroom Showcase.

Williams Party Rentals teamed up with the talented Amazae Special Events team and transformed our entire showroom with beautiful table displays including a Chic Reception, Mixed Metal Glam, and a Parisian Summer display, as well as a mock ceremony set-up.  Destination Bouquet by Dorian completed these looks with her gorgeous silk arrangements which are perfect for our displays because they last forever.  A huge thank you to the darling Quianna Marie Photography for capturing the displays along with all the little lovely details!

Open House 2016

Our showroom received a much needed face-lift over the holiday break - it was out with the old carpet and tile, and in with the new distressed hardwood floors, and some soft paint tones.  Needless to say, the results are gorgeous, so we figured why not celebrate the new makeover with a party!

Williams Party Rentals hosted an Open House to celebrate the new year, new products, and a new showroom!  With the help of a number of fabulous vendors we pulled off a successful event where everyone enjoyed themselves immensely and were more than impressed with our remodeled showroom and new products.

Our Open House offered exceptional valet service from All About Parking and some soothing jazz music provided by Ivy Hill Entertainment.  Delicious food was catered by Sushi Confidential, Catered Too and Les Marguerites, with dessert provided by Caketerest - custom napkins were from Wedding Paper Divas.  Guests sipped on specialty brews from Gordon Biersch and some fabulous wines from The Mountain Winery.  The photobooth provided by JZM Entertainment accompanied by a paper flower backdrop by the talented Paper Stems was a huge hit. Tabletop displays were completed with breath taking flower displays by Three Sisters Flowers and place cards by Bella Carta Studio, and one special table was adorned with beautifully draped fabric from Fine Linen Creation.
