Preferred Vendor Showroom Showcase - Spring 2015 - Part I

Spring has sprung over here at Williams Party Rentals and we can't help but gush over the fresh table displays that so proudly sit in our showroom.  With so many creative minds coming together to make it all possible, I'll have to refer to this seasons vendors as #TheDreamTeam!

Williams Party Rentals invited Sealed with a Kiss Events & Seventh Heaven Vintage Rentals to design table displays to showcase their services and talents while highlighting our rental products.  We then teamed up with Vo Floral Design, Kaycakes Bakery, and Minted to complete the looks.  The very talented Olivia Richards Photography was kind enough to capture and share the beauty!

With so many great tables displays, we had to break it up into two posts...

Nautical Themed Wedding
Adding pops of color is easy to do with napkins, floral arrangements and a table runner.  Modern white triangle plates, our very popular Lucca flatware and basic glassware sat atop a white linen with a navy blue and white striped table runner.  Cerise lamour napkins and the beautiful floral arrangement provided by Vo Floral Design brightened up this nautical look.  The place card design provided by Minted brings it all together!

 Victorian Vintage Themed Wedding

Pairing new with old is a great way to accomplish a more modern Victorian look. We had to showcase Seventh Heaven Vintage Rentals' chairs and we new just the way to do it.  Soft blues and pinks really set the tone for this look while the clean lines and simplicity of the table tied it all together.  The vintage whiskey decanters add the perfect amount of timeless beauty to the table display.

Classic Yellow and Grey Themed Wedding

Nothing says "spring" more than the color yellow, and when paired with grey the possibilities are endless.  The #DreamTeam nailed it with Williams Party Rentals' Square Millennino China, Tivoli Flatware and Grey Chevron Table Runner.  Vo Floral Designs' centerpiece really make the entire look come together.

Stay tuned for part two!

  1. It's hard to have any complaints about Los Angeles event venues. It's easy to get a drink since they actually keep enough bartenders working at once, and you'll almost always find a place to sit. I love the vibe, the area, the people and the food at this place.
